Dear Ones,
Connection with others (human or not human) seems to be a fundamental drive that comes with human form. From the field of Oneness we splinter out into “many” and may feel acutely the longing for return to that sense of wholeness. Oh, the play of this - the pain and suffering that can arise! Yearning so deeply for a sense of completion and safety, aware of the apparent of lack of it, feeling the terror, rage and shame that fuel the continued search for this outside of ourselves. Experiences (or parts) of “betrayal”, “abandonment”, “worthlessness” may arise with their own belief systems, emotional landscapes, behavior patterns and physiological responses. We are seeing this play out on the world stage right now and perhaps sensing how it is playing out within our own lives.
What if, within a safe container, it is possible to turn towards these parts that feel betrayed, abandoned, worthless? Just for a moment, to turn towards from compassionate curiosity, aware of the deeply protective patterns, energetic vibrations and the narratives - not to change them, but to allow space for them to be, just as they are? What can be discovered in this depth of intimacy?
What if the connection we are seeking outside of ourselves is here now? If it is what we already, effortlessly are?
What if the searching can stop, the searcher dissolving into the vastness of the field from which it has arisen? Silent, spacious, empty, whole.
And what can it feel like to be in relationship with apparent “others” from here?
